Whenever I am craving for some really solid and quality satays, this satay stall will definitely be one of my favourite choice. The stall owner is friendly but the stall is abit dirty and really warm, which maybe due to the endless hot air due to the continuous faning of satays at their stall.Have bought both the pork satay and the beef satay to share with my fellow good friends, which with no surprise both versions are equally delicious.   Pork meat is very juicy and tender and really two thumbs up for their well down marination to the meat which make it very tasty and not too salty.  Beef meat is usually tough when comes to satays, however this stall i able to produce satays that are very tender and not much fats in it.  For only $11 for this whole plate of satays is very cheap. 繼續閱讀

I think satay play an important role when it comes to group dinner, cos normally people will ordered quite a few dishes to share and satay is definitely one of them in the sharing list. Satay Guan, a small stall selling satay and some other nice food did serve really good satay. It was a busy weekend for them and there's only 2 people in the stall - an old granny and her daughter (i think). Though we waited for quite a bit for our satay, we did not make any complains as the satay is really good! The satay meat is grilled to perfection and I like the little 'chao-tah' taste to it. They also added some pineapple puree to the satay sauce which spice up the dish a lot. 繼續閱讀

Satay Satay Satay Guan... If you walked out to whampoa market where everything is very chaotic... You can actually find some good stuff here... There are a few kinds of satay here... They have the authentic chicken, classy mutton i think and pork satay... (Not a big fan of pork satay but i need to say that is pretty average)What i love most about this stall is the sauce or gravy or dip whatever you call it.It is superb... There is a nice... not too strong peanut taste. My friends and i call it silat sauce for inside joke purposes... as there is a long story behind this.Another dish they sell is the tahu with the beansprout... mmm this is good.. they actually fry or bbq the tahu and damn its done! DAMN!Service is good... very efficient but as i said... whampoa hawker centre not exactly the cleanest. 繼續閱讀
