This is one of my favourites at Honeymoon Dessert, which is only available as a cold dessert. The double-boiled milk is like a soft tofu pudding, very very smooth and silky and slightly sweet. I also always like to add on the mini mochi which is about a dollar plus. It's like mini tang yuans, slightly doughy and chewy. I really love this combination and it can be a little filling for some people so you may want to consider sharing! 繼續閱讀

After our dinner at Serenity, we head over to Honeymoon desserts for some local desserts. Watermelon with grass jelly is disappointing as the entire dessert is totally bland. Rice ball with sweet potato in ginger soup is good. The ginger soup is very strong in flavor. Those who does nto have a threshold of spiciness, do not order thisBaked Taro sago looks kind of gross, but it taste very good. Sweetness level is just nice. Not too sweet. 繼續閱讀

I was in Vivo City some time back and as per my usual practice i was on the hunt for a place serving desserts with my friends. We ordered the baked mashed taro sago pudding, double mountain (vanilla based with durian and green tea ice-cream) and mango pomelo and sago tofu pudding with sweet soup. They taste awesome and I love the variety of dessert served. Would definitely come back for more! 繼續閱讀

We are showed to a very small table, with worn out menu.Double Boiled Milk with Baked Walnut and Almond ($5.50)I am surprised that there is only cold version for this dessert. Kind of remind me of breakfast.Durian Pancake ($4.80)A rather small serving, with mostly whipped cream in the filling. I could barely taste the durian flesh. Feel very je la after eating a mouthful. Feel like throwing out.Toddy Palm in Vanilla Sauce with Thai Black Glutinous Rice ($5.30)The ice cold vanilla sauce tastes a bit out of place with the warm rice. There is small cubes of taro in the glutinous rice. Baked Mashed Taro Sago Pudding (Hot) ($4.80)The taro flavour is quite faint. Be prepare to wait for this dish. Served piping hot. Not too sweet. But can be quite jelat after a few bites.Overall the desserts leave a bad taste and I do not feel quite alright after eating. Stomach feel quite bloated. 繼續閱讀

Basil Seed in Vanilla Sauce with Vanilla Ice-Cream ($5.50) is definitely the worst HK dessert I've ever tried. The Basil Seeds are overwhelmingly generous, tasteless, with no definition when biting them. The vanilla sauce was also very weak in flavour and does not blend well with the basil seeds at all. The only saving grace is the vanilla ice-cream, but I think it is shipped from elsewhere so no credits to the shop itself. All in all, I have no idea why this item is on the menu - it tasted more experimental than anything. Worse - there was no more mango on the menu at around 8pm, which makes almost all the cold items unavailable which resulted in us resorting to order this weird dessert. The servers were not apologetic about it NOR did they warn us before we entered the shop either. What a bad experience. From a loyal customer of Honeymoon Dessert, I might be switching camps to Mei Heong Yuen officially. 繼續閱讀
