I had been craving for this dessert for a long time ago. This week I happened to passby Somerset when going out for lunch, I decided to buy it for my tea time.One of the famous dessert in the shop, selling price was fair, costed $2.50 per bowl if take-away. This dessert can be served hot or cold, suitable for all seasons. Not too sweet, but the Ginkgo was soft and full of aroma. A decent and tasty dessert for me.

Love this red ruby dessert from this dessert stall as the portion is quite big. The red ruby used in this dessert is really big, not too sweet and really crunchy. Love the generous amount of coconut cream which the stall owner has added to this dessert which make it really fragrant. This is really good to eat it during hot weather and after a bowl of spicy noodles. Do also check it out on their other delicious hot and cold desserts as well.
