The Beef Brisket Noodles portion was quite small, a few mouth would finish the whole bowl.

The noodles was surprising good and it tasted like Japanese Ramen. The noodle was thick and springy with bitefeel.

The beef meat was tender and soft to chew, though lacked of braised flavour. The sauce for the noodle was lightly soya sauce and tasted good.

Overall, this was one of the better beef noodle in Jurong East.
