Was recommended this place by my boyfriend's friend. This dim sum stall serves late night dim sum and its opening hours are from 6pm-10am the next morning!There was a pretty good selection of dim sums for us to choose from and for start, we definitely had to try the Siew Mais and Har gous (which i always feel is a bench mark for all dim sums restaurants).The drunken chicken wasn't to my liking cause the taste of the alcohol was waaaaay too strong for me. The siew mais were oddly shaped and not really appealing and appetizing. This siew mai is made up of meat and it lacked mushrooms and prawns which i love.

The har gous were really normal, the prawns were fresh though.

Overall, pretty affordable and not a bad place for dim sums for a late night snack!

The bustling crowd with several people sitting on chairs at the corridor depicts a very much crowded place to eat on a weeknight. Many have mentioned about a legendary must try dim sum stall in the heart of Jalan Besar. Though the Char Siew Bao is delightful, it is not the best that I have had so far. The sauce was thick and wet but the char siew not as fragrant as thought to be.

The Dim Sum is of average standard. However I like their Centaury Egg Congee. The serving is quite small but it taste heavenly! Served piping hot, with a little sesame oil on top. Its a must try if you happen to visit this restaurant. I am fan of their fried banana with prawn as well. However it is a little oily. Waiting time was not that bad. The fried food took a little while more to come compared to the steamed ones. The service there is good too. Staffs are polite and always around to check

After our Mustafa trip we headed to my favourite dim sum place at Swee Choon Tim-Sum Restaurant to take away something light and share with his family since we couldn’t fulfill our hunger at The Uncle Sam’s Claypots.Super nice! The fan cai not bad just that when you take away food, the taste doesn't taste as nice as when you dine at the restaurant itself where you consume it piping hot just out from the stove.

My first visit! This place is quite simple and air-conditioned. It was super near Mustafa and they only opened after 6pm. Fried Golden Toufu was superb! I'm still craving for it now. It taste somewhat like those Jap toufu but this is without sauce and topped with pork floss. Hot and crispy on the outside and a soft on the inside. Their xiao long bao wasn't that bad. However, i find the soup a tad too oily and milky! Still preferred the ones in crystal jade! It's better than Geylang ones though!F

This is one of my usual supper hangout place. Although the environment wasn't that good but the food taste pretty well. Not very oily and the price was affordable. They have indoor and outdoor sitting. I like their chinese prata alot. It goes well with vinger. Their tuofu, chicken wings, xiao long bao, siew mia and hau gao is a must eat. Their indoor is airconditional too.

My dad will normally bring us to Swee Choon for dim sum. I love to order their yam cake and xiao long bao there. The yam they use are very sweet and tasty, when fried into a yam cake, very tasty. The yam cake despite being deep fried, remains soft and chewy.Their xiao long bao, despite not as delicious as crystal jade's are still quite good. The skin is very thin, the soup is quite tasty. I love to go to soon Swee with my girlfriend for dim sum. They used the freshiest ingredients and all the dim sum taste so tasty. My favourites are the har gou and siew mai.The skin used to wrap the har gou is very thin and smooth. The prawns are very fresh and succulent. When you bite into it, it is very tasty.The siew Mai though look a little out of shape actually taste really delicious. They use really fresh pork to make it. Really tasty and delicious
