Well, these traditional and brilliantly good oysters pancakes are rare of its kind as not many places are selling it.The traditional fried Fu Zhou Oyster Cake comes in a sphere size like an UFO, making up of ingredients like flour, spring onion, peanuts, anchovies, minced meat, oysters, prawn and Chinese parsley. Each is sold at $2 for the original flavour and if you want additional filling, it will be $2.50. Best eaten when its piping hot with its crispy thin golden brown crust enveloping the generous ingredients. The aroma whet our appetite for more with every mouthful bursting full of flavours and riots of texture ~ crispy from its fried batter, crunchiness from the anchovies and peanuts and not forgetting the juiciness from the fresh plump oysters.
