The stall serves YongTauFoo with a special brown gravy with minced pork. The gravy has a slight sweetness in it and it goes well with the noodles and the YongTauFoo.A set comes with noodles in the gravy and six pieces, costs $5.30. The YongTauFu are all fresh and good though nothing much fantastic . But I like the noodles in the gravy with minced pork which adds on a palatable taste to the whole dish

This is one of the best yong tau foo I have tried although I still prefer the ampang yong tau foo! At $5.30, it is worth the money and taste! The mushroom sauce (with some minced meat in it) is recommended. The sauce was drizzled over a bowl of rough bee hoon and it was so yummy! The ingredients were fried so they were crispy and also drizzled with their special sauce. Try the dry version if you're there!

The YTF here tasted really heavenly with the gravy as it matches the fried ingredients perfectly. The standards of Fu Lin Fried Yong To Fu has been well kept throughout. Be it at Hong Leong Finance Building or at a small corner of the Food Republic in 112 Katong. Da Rabbit strongly recommends everybody to try this Ampang YTF if they are already a YTF fan. It is really special and different from the rest of the normal YTFs ♥♥♥~For full review with photos, pls visit: http://musings-of-a-rabbit.blogspot.sg/2013/11/gems-in-112-katong-part-i-fu-lin-fried.html

I love to eat YTF so came across this fulin in Katong Mall food republic I remembered that they have a shop near to Siglap Centre and this is the first time I am trying it. Good news is that their sauce was mushroom and minced chicken sauce ... usually people will use pork instead of chicken well is a good news for me cos I dun take pork. I simply love the idea of having fried YTF cos soupy one can be found anywhere. And I choose bee hoon to go with my YTF they use thick bee hoon here so ended up it really look alike like dry beef noodle The YTF can go or go without the chilli is still tasted good!Service was good too!

Must apologize i missed out the food photo though I had everything else. The highlight of this stall is that no pork is used in its sauce, which is actually mushroom-based. Trying to imitate the ampang style, the yong tau foo pieces are deep-fried again and served with the starchy mushroom sauce on top. I ordered a 10 piece set with rice which added up to $9.50. SAFRA card members are entitled to 10% discount so I paid $8.55 in the end. It is definitely less flavorful than ampang style but I like that the yong tau foo is fried again as it makes them crispy to eat. By the way, this food court is one that is nicely decorated with the wooden horse sculptures.
