This is my favourite roasted meat stall whenever I come to Maxwell Food Centre.I ordered a roasted duck meat and char siew with mee kia. It cost $4.50 and the roasted duck meat given was generous. The roasted duck meat was very fatty under the skin. The skin tasted very sinful, and it was very yummy, some crispy on the outside and the duck fats melts in your mouth.The char siew was caramel sweet. This stall is right smack in the centre of Maxwell food centre, drawing crowds from all directions. It has a queue even at 2+ on a Saturday afternoon and hot favourites are the char siew rice and wanton noodles (with of course, the signature charsiew generously topping the noodles)At $4, the char siew rice is a hit with the people.
