As I was craving for fish cake, I ordered the chicken porridge and ask for a change to fish cake. And added the salted egg. Overall, it is a really normal porridge. For the grains, I would very much prefer it to be more watery, I like watery based porridge. As usual, salted eggs goes well with plain, unflavored porridge :). I don't quite like the egg yolk though, compared to other eggs egg yolk as it is a bit to the harder side. The fish cake is good, normal, and chewy.
