Bee Cheng Hiang's bakkwa boasts the highest quality of meat hand weaved using a traditional bamboo sieve. It is smothered slowly for hours over live coals in our secret recipe. The smoking process seals in a flow of sweet and savoury marinate that infuses delectable moisture into every piece of meat. The bad thing about meat floss is that they all look the same, brown and more brown. Therefore, it is a little difficult to differentiate. The fish floss is good. However, it is not as fragrant as the pork floss or the chicken floss. I like the fish floss because it has very good texture.The chicken floss with seaweed and sesame is good too. However, I do not really like sesame so I wouldn’t really buy it. The good thing is the seaweed. It adds a little something to the floss. 繼續閱讀
