I walked past Bee Cheng Hiang, took in a whiff of that BBQ pork smell. Before I knew it, I had a piece of Bee Cheng Hiang's famed BBQ Pork in my hands. Who says you can only eat this during Chinese New Year?!Sliced BBQ PorkI absolutely love Bee Cheng Hiang's BBQ Pork! It's sweet and savory at the same time, and I love the once-in-awhile charred ends for it adds fragrance to the pork. In particular, I appreciate that Bee Cheng Hiang's BBQ pork is juicy, unlike the dry versions from some other brands. I usually go for the sliced meat instead of the minced meat because there is some texture to the bite, and feels more "whole". 繼續閱讀
