Bee Cheng Hiang's bakkwa boasts the highest quality of meat hand weaved using a traditional bamboo sieve. It is smothered slowly for hours over live coals in our secret recipe. The smoking process seals in a flow of sweet and savoury marinate that infuses delectable moisture into every piece of meat. The bakkwa is then barbecued over a glowing fire until it spatters and caramelize the tender meat in the all right place. Have bought a pack of the 1kg sliced meat bak kwa from this Bee Cheng hiang outlet at East coast road. The shop was quite big and spacious and is also clean and neat as well. The counter staffs are approachable and friendly. Nice packaging and the bak kwa was warm when packed in it. Meat was tender and juicy and super fragrant. Not too oily which surprised me and quite filling after I have my 2nd piece. For the price of $48 per kilogram, is priced reasonably. 繼續閱讀
