Bee Cheng Hiang's bakkwa boasts the highest quality of meat hand weaved using a traditional bamboo sieve. It is smothered slowly for hours over live coals in our secret recipe. The smoking process seals in a flow of sweet and savoury marinate that infuses delectable moisture into every piece of meat.
The bakkwa is then barbecued over a glowing fire until it spatters and caramelize the tender meat in the all right place. Hot grill combined with dripping meat juice releases a sweet barbecue aroma to the already succulent meat meld together to deliver the authentic Bee Cheng Hiang Bakkwa.

Roasted pork meat is always a all time favourite snacks for me and my family. Personally I prefer the one barberqued here and I usually will purchase the minced pork version instead of the sliced version as it not too tough and easier to eat. However both the versions taste equally delicious and fragrant. There are a few ways which I like to eat these barberque minced pork which includes with the wholemeal bread, with porridge and cut it into cubes and used it in fried rice. Although it is sinful to eat it, as long I control the portion of it, I still think I am able to enjoy this yummy snack at least once a week.

I received these mooncakes as a gift from Bee Cheng Hiang. Sad to say, they do not taste as good as they look.Let's start with the pig mooncakes. There are piggy mooncakes with ribbons and mini pig mooncakes. The boxes are decorated nicely, and each mooncake is sealed in individual packs. However, the taste is unappealing, especially the mini pig mooncakes as there is little, close to no filling inside them at all. I feel that I'm just eating baked pastry.The one worth buying of the lot - Chess mooncakes. As the name suggests, the mooncakes are shaped like Chinese chess pieces. It's suitable for people who prefer to eat small portions of mooncakes and find that usual mooncakes taste too sweet. *Chessboard not included.
