Went to Kopitiam (Food Court) that is newly opened in Northpoint. There was a lot of different variety of food from Korea to Japan, to Pepper lunch to Malay and Indonesian cuisine. I went to eat this Pan Fried Oyster Omelette. I love to eat oyster omelette. But however to whip out a delicious fresh oyster omelette wasn't easy. However, this stall serves fresh oyster omelette with fresh oyster and egg. The oyster was shiny maybe due to glazing or oil. But it was really fresh as there is not any b

I wanted to eat Char Kway Teow but to my surprise, this stall is name 921 Char Kway Teow but does not have Char Kway Teow but sell hokkien prawn mee instead. Since i was already there, i decided to order a place of hokkien prawn mee. The prawn mee tasted average and i would not say that the prawns was very fresh.

I was there during lunch. No sight of customers at this stall but i still went ahead to try it for the sake of writing this review. The pre-fried the hokkien prawn noodle and left on the wok. When i ordered they made an effort to stir it a little to heat it up to give it a slight warm before served. It was rather moist and the noodles were nicely fried to give it a soft enough texture.
