This was the first time i tried their dumplings.. Probably one of the best things i have ever tried. Xiao long bao, it surprises me with the delicious meat and soup that flows out from the bao. It tastes even better with the vinegar and ginger shreds. This is one dish that tastes equally delicious whether it is served hot or cold. The food there is good.We ordered the porkfloss prata , 2 trays of xiao long bao and Zha jiang mien.I would say i like the porkfloss prata that they serve best!Its very tasty..The xiao long bao is very tasty too!The zha jiang mien is my friend's favourite. I went to crystal jade for dinner with my girlfriend. We both order la mian, I ordered the wonton soup la mian while she ordered the zha jiang mian. I was rather disappointed with my order, the soup tasted quite bland and the wonton always breaks whenever I clip then with my chopsticks. I think probably it was not wrapped properly.My girlfriend’s zha jiang mian was really good, plenty of meat sauce, the sauce was very tasty, not too salty. hers came with a soup, the soup tasted like those boiled pork rib, very delicious as well.So probably, when u go down to this branch, try the zha jiang mian instead!…查看更多

crystal jade does sell yummy food. i went to this branch on quite a couple of occasions and the food is always so good. here are my recommendations:1. Zha Jiang Mian- the meat sauce is just so tasty, they are very generous with the serving such that after mixing with the noodles, every strand gets coated evenly.- the noodles are QQ and does not stick to ur teeth after biting, u can ask them to cut the noodles for u so it is easier too eat- the mince meat is very fresh and u can taste it's sweetness2. Xiao Long Bao- the skin is really thin but it does not break when u use a chop stick to hold it- the soup inside is very thick and tasty, not watery unlike some others- the meat they use is very fresh- this is very expensive, about $1 per bao.3. Pork floss fried pancake- the pork floss is very tasty and crispy- the pancake however taste like roti prata- not worth the price we are paying for as prata can get for 70cents outsideas a whole the food is good, service is also good!…查看更多
