It is after 8.30pm. Discount on the leftover breads, cakes, etc at the bakery.Napoleon Square ( usual : $3.00, after discount $2.40)It is a mille-feuille cake, three layers of flaky puff pastry separated by sweet fresh cream and sponge cake. Top is dusted with icing sugar. In a single bite, you have the soft, crispy and sweet. What an experience for a simple cake.

Was in the shopping mall shopping. Passing by the bakery to get something for breakfast. At the first look, it is very cute. Got one of this and also the chocolate version one. Abit disappointed at the first bite. Tastes like the traditional Fa Gou, the plain steamed cake which mom always buy to pray to god. For $2.20 a piece, it sounds a bit too expensive for such a simple cake.

saw that they having promotion so bought some home,chicken pie- i bought 2,is quite small,inside full of chicken,abit oily ,due to too oily,the button layer was quite soggy but the crust on top was crispy with nice butter aroma,it would be better if can be less oily,as for the blueberry bread,it was abit sweet,the cheese on top was too creamy & thick,don't really like it,but bread texture was ok,if there's no promotion i don't think i will buy

I love Crystal Jade stuff, makes me think of them as a more classy and restaurant standard to their bakery too!It's been quite a while since i visited them and that day i just happened to want grab this as a quick bite while waiting for my friend to knock off work!I don't know it's the weather or what (rainy day) but the egg tart's really warm when handed over to me by the staff Immediately just right out of the store, i sat at those nearby benches kind of seats to eat my egg tart.Just the warmt

This cute and little red bean mochi is not bad..The look is cute to attract me to buy.It is about $1..i like the red bean filling..it is much yet nice.not too sweet nor too tasteless.It is soft.But the skin is a bit oily.Shall try on another flavour next time.Not bad trying.the polo bun is nice.Especially with cha view inside one.The skin is a bit crispy plus the soft bunGreat combination..always have this as breakfast.

Sold at $1.60 a loaf (4 slices), this bread has been touted as being trans-fat free and healthy. Besides this spinach flavour bread there is also the carrot flavoured ones. The colour of the bread is pretty nice and the bread taste bland probably due to it being healthier. The bread however lacks the spinach taste and if it wasn't told that it was spinach, one would not be able to tell by its taste. Recommended to spread butter lightly over the bread for a better taste

Crystal Jade bakery sells a variety of dim sum ranging from patries to puffs to egg tarts and of course baos, i.e. steamed buns. These buns are sold to customers chilled in a packet of 6 and customers have to steam them at home before consumption. The buns are stuffed with char siew (pork with red sauce) and carries a sweet taste. The bun itself is slightly fluffy and taste best when it is served piping hot. i happened to be shopping at ang mo kio hub with my mum when she suggested we buy our breakfast from crystal jade my bread. I selected one of their recommend buns, the luncheon meat egg bun. I didn’t eat it until the next day. It was really good, the luncheon meat was not too thick slice so it was not too salty. The egg taste much like the Japanese egg, very smooth. They add some light mayo, gave the bun a very refreshing taste. The bun was very light and fluffy and very fragrant.

I have not seen these sponge cakes for a long time, and I decided to buy one of these. It is so much more expensive at Crystal Jade at $1.20 per cake. I remembered I used to get these at only 70cents per cake at neighbourhood bakeries a few years back. The cake smelt very fragrant with pandan infused taste. It is very soft and very light as well. Although crystal jade runs a few restaurant serving nice cantonese cuisine, they also run numerous crystal jade my bread bakery. They sell numerous tim sum items and also baked goods. My fav bun from crystal jade is the po lo char siew bun. The bread is very soft and the po lo crust is nice and crumbly. The char siew filling is also very tasty and goes well with the bun.

Surprised my friend who had birthday with this cake. The chocolate and the nut at the top of the cake is quite nice.The cake is small, though quite sweet but she still can accept the sweetness.My friend really like chocolate flavor cake, so she quite like it tht she finished it at the moment.

I love the bo luo pau from crystal jade bakery store. The custed sugar on top of the bun is tasty. It bring out the fragrant of the whole bun. The whole bun is bake to a nice golden yellow colour and the softness of the bun would really make you want to sank your teeth on to it just by the first glance.

This is really more like a snack. With its chewy green tea enterior encloses a custard filling. The custard is sweetened just right and is more sturdy than liquidy. The pancake is just so good with the custard. You really have to try it to understand what I mean. I liked my pancake to be crispy, so I added some oil into a pan and fried it. Definitely recommended!

This is my first time trying durian tart so I was filled with anticipation and curiosity. However, it appears that the tart is not made of genuine durian. It tastes as though there is some gula melaka in it. Above the tart, there is a layer of green paste which taste like kaya to me. The crust is soft and not of the crispy kind. It has a light butter taste. Overall, I think the tart is not very appealing.
