Oyster omelette is one of my favourite dishes at the hawkers centre!! For this plate, it is somehow crispy , most of the batter are soft ! A lot of eggs, but the oysters were small and dry.Served with a watery chilli sauce and garnished with spring onions and coriander. A good dish for sharing , as it is kind of oily when you keep eating. They sell fish soup, fish slice noodles, fish porridge too!
