Searched for something gave a heavy savour aftertaste, I ordered salivating Fried Kway Teow with beef at Fong Kee Zi Char stall. The ambiance was what it supposed to be, lively with street-side outdoor seating. Menu was extensive from numerous choices, ingredients were all fresh guaranteed. Service was politely effective, ladyboss suggested some recommendations for us.Pipping hot food served, our trip was worthy. Perhaps it was the easiest dish from photograph, yet the mushy looking was seriously tempting. There was a layering of smoky sweetness, both Kway Teow and Beef in slices were tender. Well-marinated without odour or stinky taste, plate was stir-fried until everything coated perfectly. Like this drier version, flavour was more straightforward and luscious. Saltiness was just nice for my liking, yet would not be overpowering. Price was value for money, $4.00 for a reasonable portion. 繼續閱讀
