From my sources, Ming Yun Famous Fried Hokkien Prawn Noodle has planted and uprooted once at Redhill, Tampines, Bedok 85 and currently here at Geylang East Central.Why is this plate of noodles so yummy?Check out the flavourful gravy that adorned the thick bee hoon and yellow noodles. Together with large pieces of fried egg, fresh prawns and chunky crispy pork lard. For all you health freaks out there, just let lose for a day and try out these life changing pieces of irresistible pork lard.It was SUPER CRISPY and melts INSTANTANEOUSLY after the first crunch.
