The taste was complemented with the garlic oil and roasted peanuts. Although it looks dry, the Bee hoon was moist enough, every strings of the bee hoon was finely embraced with fragrance of shallot oil. Unlike most of fried bee hoon, xing hua bee hoon arent that oily. The condiments of Xing Hua Lor Mee on the other hand are quite similar to their Bee Hoon. Unlike singapore's lor mee, their gravy arent that thick and dark. Theirs was slightly gluey with whitish soupy feeling.
