I've always wondered how this stall is able to survive so long in the market as there is visibly no queue each time I glance at this stall. Today, I just felt like having porridge for breakfast and went to order their chicken porridge. The owner then informed me to be prepared to wait 15 minutes and I was a little taken aback. Only then did I realise that they actually serve the porridge bowls to the customers and there were many waiting when I paid close observation of the stall. I really did wait for close to 15 minutes before my porridge was served, which was piping hot and consist of generous amount of shredded chicken!
