I have tried their fried carrot from this stall for few years. Consistently fried in the sameway. Comparing with many stalls, it's not too oily, and sufficient chai po to bring out the flavor. I have tried both white and black carrot cake. Unlike other stalls where their black carrot cake taste all black sauce, their black carrot cake has just the sufficient black sauce.

Fried Carrot cake is a simple choice for breakfast. This stall offers one of the nicest fried carrot cake in this area. The moist and soft carrot cake fried with a generous amount of cake and chai po then sprinkled with spring onions before served to my table. A cup of black coffee complemented this plate of delicious fried carrot cake. Give it a try if you are in this food centre for breakfast.

Went market and then had breakfast with grandpa at this food centre.Had a crazy crave for fried carrot cake on that day thus decided to give this stall a try for the first time. This was a plate of nicely fried carrot cake with the generous amount of egg together with preserved radish, and it went really well with the spring onion. The black sauce was a little too sweet but still, acceptable.This was indeed a simple but nice choice for breakfast and it complimented well with my coffee. A good way to start a day.
