Last weekend I headed down to Telok Blangah for my (almost!) weekly dose of Hua Fa fishball noodles. The queue for the fishball noodles is always long, especially in the mornings/lunch hours. I always go back to this stall because the noodles are just the right texture, sprinkled generously with spring onions. The sauce is made just right, tasty, and spicy enough to give you the "kick" when you eat it. This steaming hot bowl comes in several sizes: $2, $2.50 and $3.
