Boneless Chicken Rice at Oasis FoodCourt is an unassuming stall which sells delicious chicken rice and they are very generous with the soup of the day! My fav is the sweet corn and lotus soup. A delectable treat if not for the awful hot weather. Remember to bring tissue. So you can also wipe the utensils on top of your sweat. Personally i like my chicken tender and moist. That's exactly how this hawker stall serves their chicken. Drenched with fragrant sesame oil and accompanied by a large bowl of lotus peanut soup, I'm quite pleased with my plate of chicken rice. Unfortunately, the utensils were kinda oily and WET.
