I just found out about this 24 hour bakery in Ang Mo Kio Ave 4, after visiting Ang Mo Kio Hub at the atrium and seeing the mooncake exhibition. They had a lot of tasters and I tried Gin Thye's mooncakes. They weren't too sweet and had the right texture. I bought a box of 8, they're about $5 or so each, but you can also buy Q0010 vouchers for them and redeem them on the spot. The flavours were charcoal, green tea, coffee and strawberry. I couldn't really taste the green tea essence but the yam paste was just right! Not too sweet and I loved the flaky texture of the mooncakes.All in all, reasonably priced, 24 hours and you can get these at a steal on QOO10 and redeem them at the shop!
