Over at Monster Crab, they specialise in Alaskan King Crabs.
These crabs weigh between 2kg-4kg and are prized for their sweet tasting meat, and at Monster Crab, there are seven different ways which they can cook it - apart from the popular Singaporean favourites of white pepper and chilli sauce, kimchi sauce is also an option there.
