I was searching for a dessert place at the food centre around 8.30 pm on a weekday night. Fortunately this place was still open, and the choices offered numerous. I chose one of my favorite fruits, the mango, as the star of the night. I was surprised to see the stall lady taking out a fresh un-cut mango from the fridge and proceeding to cut it up and serve the fresh mango pieces atop my bowl of dessert.
