Do visit http://www.umakemehungry.com/2014/04/qing-tian-leng-ri-tian-pin.html for more reviews. If you heard loud blasting techno music or see the colorful signboards in Redhill Food Centre, that's Qing Tian Cold Hot Dessert.Besides the LED lights, scrolling panels welcoming its patrons and the long queues that had caught my attention, I'm totally amazed by the uncle who behaved following to the rhythm of the music as in shaking his bon bon along with the pounding beats as the song played. He looked full of enthusiasm in his work! After so much of tasting of Chendol, I still prefer those with Gula Melaka. Over here, their ice was finely shaved and melted once touches the tongue. Coconut milk used in the chendol was light and contained a good scent.Desserts like Cheng Tng was more of less similar to the usual ones we had from food courts and hawkers. The only difference that I notice was that red beans was part of their ingredients. If you ask me to explain the long queue, it may be most probably due to that it is the only dessert stall in operation during dinner hours and of course, I will feel more energetic after seeing the folk dance in joy while enjoying his work. 繼續閱讀

2 days ago after my church mid week service together with my churchmates, I have decided to try to get the tau suan again. Failed attempt as I was there very late. Thus I tried on their Bubur Terigu which is white wheat cooked with pandan leaves and gula melaka la. It was again another great dish from this stall. Not only can I taste and smell the gula melaka, it has the fragrant pandan smell as well. On top of that, it is not too sweet and you have an option to have it with or without coconut milk. I highly recommended this.Seriously cheap and good. $1.20 for a bowl of lovely finish to your hawker affair at redhill food centre. 繼續閱讀

Honeydew Sago (5/5)While my friend was queuing for desserts, I was deeply amused by the uncle at the stall whose actions fit to the techno music that was playing. His actions all got tempo! Plus, his stall plays Hokkien songs, perfect for my friend who loves Hokkien songs. Haha!Qing Tian's Honeydew Sago is much sweeter and ..... You know it's really good when we finished everything and what left us is a SHIOK feeling. I bet the rest of the desserts are equally nice, if not why got long queue!!! 繼續閱讀

After the fabulous prawn noodles, I decided to have a bowl of dessert. The stall owner is quite friendly and is quite obliging to my request for less syrup on my ice kachang and even joked with me that I can afford to pile on extra sugar given my built. The ice kachang is quite tall and I had to “dig” quite a bit before I was able to reach the ingredients. I thought the ingredients are quite a lot as compared to other ice kachangs that I have eaten at other places. The corns are sweet and slightly crunchy and the red beans are soft and very sweet. As such, even though I requested for less syrup, overall it still tasted reasonably sweet and delicious. 繼續閱讀

The queue for this dessert stall was super long and my mum and I queue for about 10 minutes. We ordered two ice kachang for the family to share. their ice kachang was very tall but somehow when I took the picture, it had already melted. They added a lot of syrup to the ice kachang, making it kind of sweet. I was pleased to see that they were very generous with the toppings. There were even three atap seeds as compared to some places where there are one or two. The red beans they added into the ice kachang were sweet and soft. love it that they topped it on with corn! I was very satisfied with this refreshing dessert to end the meal, not to mention it was really cheap as well! 繼續閱讀
