Last weekend, I specially went to this market to buy the carrot cake back for my family as I have heard my friends at the market raving about this carrot cake. I didn't manage to get a store front photo as the photo turned out blurry as someone knocked onto me and I didn't have the time to retake as I wanted to get home as soon as possible so that the carrot cake is not cold. From the photo, you can see that the egg used in frying the carrot cake is very generous and hence, the carrot cake is very well coated with egg. It is really delicious as well as the carrot cake is fried well with a taste of wok hei and there is also ample chai poh in the carrot cake to give it more flavour.
