This is one of my favourite zi char dishes - braised tofu with mixed vegetable. It is a must order if you come here. The fried egg tofu was braised with roast pork, yam, mushroom and different types of vegetable. This is a good and healthy alternative if you are tired of the usual meat dishes. This simple dish goes well with rice or just have it on its own. I enjoyed it.
