The fried kway teow does have the "wok hei" taste and it comes with ingredients like bean sprout and cockles. The fried kway teow come with a lot of plenty of cockles which are fresh and juicy. It does not taste bloody and is cooked perfectly.I like the noodles because of it softness, not too dry nor salty. Each plate of fried kway teow cost $3 which is worth for the amount of cockles in it.

I was here after work and decided to take away a packet of fried kway teow from this stall for the first time. The kway teow and yellow were fried well with the dark sweet sauce to give it a slight wok taste. It was fried with the usual ingredients like bean sprouts, egg, cockle and chinese sausage. It tasted quite nice and it would be even better if more fried pork lards are added to enhance its flavor.
