The taste of the Mala Dumpling’s sauce is very numbing and oily , the prawn filling inside the dumpling is very fresh.Dumpling noodle soup – The noodle is handmade and has a very velvety and springy texture. Clear and light broth with a subtle aroma of spring onions and succulent dumplings makes it an overall mellow savoury dish.Pork Chop with Egg Fried Rice – Gold coloured by the scrambled eggs and fried shiny Japanese pearl rice topped with a generous thick meaty and flavourful porkchop.Century Egg – Finely chopped garlic well masks the usually pungent (of grass smell) Jelly-like century eggs soaked in subtle tasting light sauce.Overall dining experience is pleasant. 繼續閱讀

I first discovered Xiao Long Bao when I was still in the Philippines and since then it really became one of my favorites. So when I got here in Singapore, I was craving for a long time already. Finally, the long wait is over! My friend told me that Din Tai Fung is known for their Xiao Long Bao's in very affordable prices so we right away, we decided to have our lunch there one weekend. We ordered their famous pork dumplings in 20 pieces. The moment you pop it in your mouth and break the skin, your tongue is bathed in sweet meat juice, delighting your taste buds with a flavour that is almost sensuous. Their Xiao Long Bao's does not have an ideally thin skin, but it’s thin enough to not distract from the main selling point: the juicy factor. There is a lot more “soup” in this Xiao Long Bao than any other I’ve tried. And it’s definitely good. Truly the best I've ever tasted! And I can't wait to get back!:ma:bowl: 繼續閱讀

There was a free flow of chinese tea that was served upon our arrival as we were waiting for our food to arrive. The iced tea had a whole chunk of ice in it which kept it chilled throughout the meal. The rice was fragrant and the grains did not stick together. It was also served hot.The spinach with garlic was one of my favorite dishes. The spinach was well cooked and came in a decent portion. The dish tasted good on its own and rice was optional.I also liked the sliced cucumbers with peanut sauce. This was served as an appetizer. The peanut sauce was sweet yet tangy and there were chunks of peanuts at the top Overall, it was a good dining experience. The staff were attentive and were able to accommodate dishes upon request such as making dishes vegetarian. 繼續閱讀

These xiao long bao at Din Tai Fung is equally good as compared to those high end chinese restaurant. It is equally juicy, with lots of tender minced pork in it and the skin of it is really thin and chewy. But I should say the price stated in this restaurant is much more reasoable than other chinese restaurant and the portion is slightly more. Only made upon your order to ensure the freshest dim sum is served to your dining table. Great to have it at all times. 繼續閱讀

For all chinese cuisine lovers, Din Tai Fung never fails to disappoint.Okay, maybe it did, once for me at the Bishan's branch for the Fried Rice.Other than that, I am always leaving the restaurant satisfied!GO ahead and try the xiao long bao, i don't have any image of that because by the time it arrives, EVERYONE just wants to snatch a piece of that meat bun!The open-concept of the kitchen makes us feel that our food is safe, because the kitchen is clean and we can see how the chefs really put in effort cooking your meal. If you have the pleasure to call out the chef who cooked your meal, please write a comment below 'cos we never had the courage to do so!Try the oriental noodle with wanton. Definitely a great must-try for your Mother's Day! It's concept is not too fanciful, yet the seasoning is so flavorful that you will remember exactly how Din tAI fung tastes like, and the best is that no mtater which restaurant you go, it tastes exactly the same. 繼續閱讀
