It was an outing with mummy for Chinese New Year stuffs, we took a break at Ding Tai Fung and had some snacks. Table for two available immediately, we were so lucky to skip the lengthy lining up. Went for a quick bite at Din Tai Fung. It was around 3.30pm in the afternoon so there wasn't a long queue which you will normally see during lunch or dinner time. Golden Crispy Prawn Pancake - The sliced pancake was crispy and it was filled with minced prawn paste.Steamed xiao long bao with crab roe - The skin was thin. 小笼包. Everyone hear about it before. Have you tried it? I went to DTF for lunch and ordered it to try it. Not the best you can find. But definitely worth the try. The queue time is short. In fact no queue at all slightly post lunch time. The waiting time for food to be served is also quite reasonable. About 5 to 10 mins. I tried the fried rice with egg too.
