Personally, I love to eat soft bones. I like the crunchy texture with the meat surrounding it.I rarely find a stall with its soft bone stewed till tender and not mushy. Generous topping.However, the texture of the noodle was not constant. Sometime it was very springy, sometime it was too soft. Lots of MSG in the soup. Focus on their topping!They didn't have a constant quality control but it was a good place for supper.
