Just have my lunch here at this popular buffet restaurant here at Plaza Singapura. The waitress and waiters here are quite prompt in clearing the plates and utensils from the tables and the restaurant is quite big and spacious, cooling as well. For less than $40 per adult, is still charged quite reasonable. Enjoyed having their cold prawns and scallops. THey are very fresh and chewy, with no stingy smell in it. My friend has treated me the lunch buffet here at 1 Market. The restaurant was really cooling and seats were comfortable as well. Lots of Asian cruisines can be found on their buffet spread. I particularly enjoyed eating their raw salmon, which is really fresh and chewy. The stir fried bitter gourd is very crunchy and not too oiy as well. The fresh cold prawns are also crunchy and delicious. Service was good and according to my friend, the price is reasonable as well, which is less than $30

This is a halal restaurant which my colleagues have been wanting to visit since it opens. Finally we have planned a day to try their buffet lunch. The variety was quite wide but I do not really feel that quality can be found in most of the food served here. The crab soup was sort of 'cold' and was not really feel with the natural sweetness from the crabs, but instead is fill with the vegetable flavour in it. The fried sweet potato is quite crispy but abit too oily.

Great service and great buffet spread of asian and japanese dishes. For the price paid, I think its giving some other buffets, a run for their money!
