I was with my mum when we took away a packet of 4 chwee kuehs to be shared at home. The texture of the chwee kueh was rather soft and moist. The star of the chwee kueh has got be the nicely fried preserved radish. The preserved radish has got a nice fragrance and a balance of saltiness. The chilli enhanced the overall flavor and taste though the spiciness level is pretty mild. It was a tad oily though.
