Fishhead or Fish bones noodles from 511 Hawker Centre is one of my favourite dishes. The fish is very fresh with no fishy smell. If you order fishbones they are fleshy with plenty of meat. Was wondering around looking for something to eat for lunch, feeling hungry, decided to eat a noodle based lunch. There are several types to choose from in this area.
