I usually take the toffee nut latte but since the guy at the counter recommended this. i took his advice. and to my happy surprise, he put on a generous sprinkling of crushed peppermint candy canes! i had a less syrup option and it was still delish for a venti serving.

I love to go to Starbucks at United Square to study, because it's just stone-throw away from home. Besides, it has a conducive ambience for students to prepare for exam or do homework.Vanilla Latte (Grande size) - $6.40. The vanilla flavor in it was very delightful. It was not too bitter, the sweetness was just right for my liking. No sugar needed.Cranberry White Chocolate Frappuccino (Tall size) - $7.10. This is a seasonal drink (during Christmas season only). A mix of coffee, white chocolate sauce, milk, ice, with whipped cream and cranberry sauce. Such a unique combination!Only with a grande-sized glass of coffee, I can spend hours at Starbucks studying peacefully . They have plugs and free wi-fi too!

A good place to have conversation with friends after work or school but may be packed during peak hours though. (good place to chill out) sofa set near the windows are comfortable. The staff are friendly too.Food wise, try the cuppuccino cheesecake(very nice coffee aroma) delicious as well and the warm chocolate cake too (abit bitter but awesome). Pricing is reasonable too.Overall: good hang out place with friends and enjoy the coffee and cakes
