Mee soto is a spicy noodle soup dish that combines the Indonesian chicken broth known as soto ayam with thick yellow Hokkien noodles. You can also replace the Hokkien noodles with bee hoon noodles which I feel could soak up the flavour of the broth more easily. The broth is quite flavourful but a bit oily on the top.
