hubby wanted to have ramen and so we decide to go Hougang Mall for Ajisen Ramenprawn mayo - taste ok.. will be good if they can add more mayo on itthis fried chicken wing is nice.. the skin is crispy and its well marinatedvolcano ramen.. hubby fav.. he love their volcano sauce.. spicy enough and the pork bone soup goes very wellwith the volcano sauce.. ajisen ramen is springy and nice.. not over cooked and not soggy..my choice of seafood ramen and I ordered extra volcano sauce too..ajisen can be found in many major shopping mall too... 繼續閱讀

The pork rib was rather tough. Not really fantastic as compared to other outlets. We had some sides as well. Fried dumpling was average. Cold tofu with sesame sauce was pretty delicious in my opinion. Not forgetting the services there. There were a older waiter who are really nice. Great service! 繼續閱讀

Really love this cha shu ramen and the white fish here;DFirstly, the service was good and the waiting time wasn’t too long, so that’s already a plus point.The taste of the soup is so rich and delicious, yet it is not too salty or over flavoured. The noodles are moderately soft and chewy and the cha shu was yummy. It was sliced to the right size and the flavour of the soup reaches into it. Furthermore there was the egg, kelp seaweed and other side ingredients which further complement it. Always love the ramen at ajisen for its fragrant and richly flavour soup;DFor the white fish side dish, it was delicious too. had cha shu miso ramen at ajisen ramen, went with 3 friends to hougang mall during dinner hour, easy to get a seat, we were serve the corner seats facing the edge, good because its spacious. the staffs are friendly and smiley too. one thing i like about the ramen from ajisen is that the ramen doesnt get soggy even after you take away. its very smooth, bouncy and awesome. very different from all the ramen noodle. soup base was good too. love the miso. but dont really like the cha shu. its too think and not soft enough for my liking. and its not seasoned to get rid of the meaty taste. usually i would just eat one or two, cant finish all, too meaty. and the egg is not the 3/4 cooked egg where the egg is very soft on the outer and yolk still 3/4 cooked. other than that its ok. 繼續閱讀

Their ramen used to be nice,but now standard drop a lot The one @ hougang mall have quite a lot of seating i ordered their scallop ramen with big scallop ,bean sprout,spring onions & egg Their eggs is abit overcooked,egg yolk also harden The scallop is very hard to chew,for ramen the most important is the soup basetheir one is oily & salty Overall i rate 4/10 繼續閱讀
