Yum! This stall at the Food Trail at the Singapore Flyer is a master of the barbeque! The meat was so well marinated that they were delicious even before adding the lime and chili. The chicken has crispy skin and a sweet, smokey taste. The chili wasn't anything special, but the usual slightly sour and spicy stuff. One word of advice - make sure you have lots of tissues! My fingers were a mess from the oil of the chicken. I was here on a Sunday evening around 7pm and there was a solid 15 minute wait for wings, but they were worth it.

Went there with my friendswe tried their satay & BBQ wingThe chicken satay was chunky & the sauces is slightly abit sweetThe chiili sauces is not very oily with loads of chunky peanuts Their BBQ wing was great,well marinated & meat is tender overall i rate 8/10

I was quite surprise that the chicken wings are not ready until around 5 pm. The service of the stall is really bad. The staffs were talking at one of the seat while I was making my order. She only walked back to the stall when I comfirmed my order. Given with this kind of service that I get, I doubt I will go back again even though the chickens are really nice. They are well marinated and with very little fat. I supposed it has been grilled for a long time that the fat has already melted. As usual, it come with lime and chill sauce to go with. I didn't even squeze the lime and eat with the chill as I find that is not required at all. Thumbs up for the chicken but not for the service. Minimum order : Chicken wings - 3 pcsSatay - 10 pcs
