Went with a group of friend to ambush pasta at taka basement, its at the open food kiosk area, directly to the back, at a corner. Ambush is a affordable place where you get to eat nice pasta. The quantity and quality of the food is not bad. serving size is filling and taste great. Ordered the scallop spaghetti white sauce pasta and top up to a set which comes with soup of the day and a toast garlic bread. i love the mushroom soup and the garlic bread. it taste awesome. the pasta was quite good t

i went for dinner to ambush with my family again. we were at takashimaya shopping and we got really hungry. as we could not decide what to eat for dinner, we passed by ambush at the basement, we did not hesitate and headed to have our meal there. i ordered their frankfurt with rosti. their frankfurt was indeed juicy. the rosti was very light and crispy. an awesome combination.

the mixed seafood pasta at ambush is really delicious, firstly the spaghetti sis very smooth, not soggy. secondly the tomato sauce is really good, not too sweet or sour. thirdly, the seafood is really fresh, sweet and succulent. a great dish.

I had the rosti with German sausages for my dinner here on a weekend.I had the sausages with crispy skin, not sure what's the exact name of that on their menu. The rosti was pretty normal; I just feel that Marche's one is better.What I do not like about the dish is that it was on the oilier side. Portion served was rather small too.

Ambush is tucked at a corner of Ngee Ann City's food basement, serving Italian & German cuisine.I ordered the Vongole linguine.The difference between the Vongole here is that Ambush cooks it the cream based style.It tasted pretty okay on the overall, but I reckon the amount of clams served were rather little.

I love to visit ambush whenever I am shopping around town. Their spaghetti meatballs is really good. The size of the meatball is much larger than other spaghetti meatball that I have eaten outside. They are also very generous with the number of meatballs they give in a plate. The meatball is very juicy, the more you eat, the more addictive it is.On top of that, the service at this restaurant is really good, makes it very pleasing! The layout is also very comfy and relax too! Great place to chill

Ambush is one of my all-time favourite restaurant, and a brainless choice when we can't decide where to go for dinner in town. Not entirely cheap for a Taka's basement with several other alternatives, but definitely one worth every penny paid. Well, at least that's for me!
