Ampang Yong Tau Foo (已結業)

As we had a good lunch the other day that we went over to Ubi 301 food court, we decided to revisit it today. This time, I ordered the yong tau fu from Ampang Yong Tau Foo stall as I saw many customers ordering it. If you get the special noodles, it is $1.20 for the plate of noodles. I didn't try that but based on what I heard from my colleague who ordered the special noodles, the noodles taste really good. I ordered the normal thin beehoon and an assortment of different yong tau fu. Although it is not clear from the photo, but I ordered lady finger, bittergourd, egg, and a variety of different fried yong tau fu, and drizzled chilli and sweet sauce over it. Yong tau foo normally will relate you to healthy food, which at this stall, I get to enjoy the goodness of their yong tau foo and at the same time save quite some money here. At merely less than three dollars per bowl, I can get to enjoy five pieces of the items of my choice with the added of noodles/bee hoon/ kway teow at free of charge. Especially like to eat the sliced bitter gourd with fish paste and the deep fried beancurds. The fish paste is very fresh and chewy and the slice of the bitter gourd is quite thick and big in size. The mechanism is very simple, first you pick up a bowl and start placing your choice of yong tau foo pieces on the plate. Next, relax and take a seat and wait for your order to arrive which is rather prompt.
