I bought breakfast from them, and went with the beehoon option because their array of ingredients I could choose from, had been tempting me for the longest time.White beehoon with a potato dishI paid between $2.50-$3 for it and was a little surprised that beehoon + 1 vege dish could turn up so expensive. The aunty told me that it's because white beehoon costs more than the normal brown beehoon or the yellow noodles. Had I known earlier, I wouldn't have gotten the white beehoon because I feel that it lacked taste and was also slightly stiff and chewy.Although I didn't enjoy the food this time round, I think their Nasi Lemak is still pretty decent and the $2.50 sets looked like it would be more delicious and value for money than the white beehoon.

Each serving comes with a sunny side egg, fried chicken wing, cucumbers and green rice which has a slight taste of coconut. The fried chicken wing is slightly oily but still crispy. The egg was also slightly over cooked and no longer runny and was a little oily for me. I didn't like the chili that went with the nasi lemak because it tasted more like sweet sauce rather than chili. The chili is served with all other types of food bought such as nasi padang etc so it was not a chili made specially to go with the nasi lemak. Overall not too satisfying and the cucumber pieces given were too little.

Ananas cafe serves a variety of food ranging from chicken rice, nasi lemak, noodles, bee hoon, kuay tiao, and many many more. I bought the nasi lemak set B which consist of the fragrant nasi lemak rice, egg, sausage, fish fillet, and with their tasty chilli. In addition, i also added their tasty chicken wing to my nasi lemak set. The food were really delicious and fast to purchase.

For lunch yesterday, my mum bought me Mee Goreng from Ananas Cafe and topped it up with an egg.At only $2.60, I was impressed by their generous portion.The quality of the food was good as well.There was flavour in every bite and the egg was well cooked as well.I only had one complain and that is that I found a bit of egg shell within the egg :SOther than that, the food was of above average standard.Definitely will be trying the other food out soon!

The mee siam here is simply average though it's presentation looks somewhat nice. The assam in this dish was not very strong and most importantly, the soup tasted too sweet instead of being spicy. The bee hoon was rather tasteless by itself.Yet to try the chicken rice here, but having tasted their mee siam and mee rembus, I don't know if I'll like to give them another shot,
