Artemis Grill is a contemporary Mediterranean rooftop grill in Singapore's CBD, using fresh, organic and sustainable produce synonymous with the flavours of coastal Spain, Southern France, Italy and Greece. Artemis Grill's signature wood-fired meat and seafood dishes are enjoyed 40 floors above ground atop the CapitaGreen building on the corner of Cecil and Cross Streets overlooking the Marina Bay Sands cityscape. Established by The Red Door Group, (Bistecca Tuscan Steakhouse and Soi 60 Thai), Artemis Grill is a refreshing new destination for dining and drinks between the Sky Forest and the clouds in a scene dominated by corporate cookie-cutters. 繼續閱讀

http://www.nahmj.com/2015/12/10/artemis-grill-capitagreen-singaapore/Artemis Grill, helmed by Chef Fernando Arevalo, is perched at the rooftop, level 40. As such I was expecting a good view of the skyline of the surrounding. I made a request for table near the window for a better view and since it was for a friend birthday. The restaurant offers quite a variety of bread (Tomato, Multi-grains, sourdough and 1 other I can’t remember) for selection. The dip was a fragrant olive oil with an olive spice to enhance the flavour. I enjoyed the dip since I love the taste of olive.Black Angus Steak Tartar ($22) was in perfect harmony with sweet potato & yukon crisps. The Alaskan King Crab Salad ($28) wasn’t the typical salad that we would have imagined. The pairing of the ingredient gave the dish as a creamy and well balanced dish.Morcon Sausage (20g) with Bread ($16) was with salty sausage.Beetroot Tortellini ($30) plate was colourful. Though it was a vegetarian dish, we enjoyed. In fact, it was the highlight of our meal. All thumbs up. It could be ordered as a Main or appetizer ($20). Milk-Fed Dutch Veal Chop ($60) was with little marinate, mainly salt and dashes of pepper but it brought out the flavour of the veal. There is a good waiting time for this dish. If you are in a hurry, don't order this.Loch Fyne Salmon ($34) was less outstanding comparatively after the veal chop and the pasta which have set high bench mark.Pineapple Rhum Baba ($16) was excellent. It resonated with the non-dessert but alcohol diner of the night. Chocolate Trio ($18) with Valhorona chocolate tart, the mocha Ice cream and passionfruit chocolate cake complemented each other to its best.Though food was excellent and with good view, it came with a premium. 繼續閱讀
