Today the canteen looks less crowded than usual. As there is no queue at the order side, I decide to order here. I place order for a Tom Yum Yu Mian. Having the minced meat noodles ($2.50) today which is commonly known as Zha Jiang Mian (炸酱面). The queue is extremely long today and waited quite awhile. For this stall, one has to queue to order, follows by queue to collect and pay for food. The minced meat is quite big in pieces, would prefer in smaller pieces.
