Have bought back the above handmade noodles to my uncle house to eat when I went to visit him, and was really glad that I have tried it. THe flat noodles which are hand made by the stall owners are really chewy and smooth in texture. Lots of green vegetables can be found in the noodles which are very fresh and crunchy. The deep fried ikan billis are also very fragrant and quite crunchy even soak in the soup for quite a few minutes. The soup base was quite thick in texture and really sweet too.
