Ban Mian - SIM Foodfest (已結業)

Finally tried the tom yum ban mian here. The price is $3.20. It was moderately spicy with a good balance of sourness and spiciness, with neither of each taste overpowering the other. I think if you do not really take spicy food, this should still be tolerable. It was quite a filling portion too. If you're craving for tom yum ban mian, you can try this out! The soup was also piping hot, which made it even more tasty.

This noodle stall is one with the longest queue always as compared to the other stalls. Besides ban mian, they also sell guo tie sets which I have yet to try. I ate the banmian a few times before and it is not bad! There are many other noodle type options too and this is the sliced fish meesua. Their Jia Jiang Mian is also nice and my favourite is the Mushroom Banmian!

I'm a noodles lover, be it yellow noodles, vermicelli, hand-made noodles and so on. Here at this stall, it has all the range of noodles. You name it, you get it. They even sell gyoza set that comes with noodles at $4. There is Zha Jiang Mian too. Please note on the student and public price. Usually the price range from $2.70 to $4 for students and staff. Can't complain much because you will get much expensive outside. And long queue during lunch and dinner time so avoid it or be early.I patronis
