I had an ala-carte high tea buffet at bar intermezzo at orchard hotel. The food in general was terrible. It was served in pathetic portions. Although you could order more of the dishes you like, the dishes either took very long to come, or were no longer available. The sashimi was not very fresh, and the chicken wings and spring rolls in the snack platter were very oily. The scones was the only dish that was delicious.
