The portion of this BBQ Stingray for $6 is quite little. It only consists of 2 thin slabs of fish meat. Nevertheless, I like the sambal sauce for its tangy ketchup taste and its sweet and spicy aftertaste. The BBQ stingray is slightly crispy on the outside and really soft on the inside. The sauce goes perfectly with plain rice or noodles after you finish all the meat. Other sizes of this dish include $8, $10 and $12. $6 is suitable for one person if you’re having other dishes as well.
